Moment Divine
How blest we are when we witness a friend speak from their saintly heart.
This special moment remains fixed in thoughts, ever so dear a part.
A blessed, lovely friend lay dying in a hospital room so cold…
Whispering in my ear…so plainly, so profoundly… words so vastly bold.
“I’m going home. See you there.” she announced from her very soul.
Final treasure pronounced to her friend… She had reached her Christian goal.
Nesses
Looming problems, world or personal, bring “wouldness”, “couldness”
or “shouldness” into play.
As huge pressure mounts, which issues rank highest and on human hearts
heavily weigh?
Very likely “wouldness”, “couldness” and “shouldness” are hesitating
actions at best.
Pray soundly and ask God, through His Goodness, to calm us and give
our “nesses” a rest.

Have you ever wondered while gazing above
Why our mighty God is so full of love?
For us, yes us, who appreciate not
The true way of life which his Son, Christ, has taught.
Christ’s deeds and teachings are the perfect examples
To follow through life and have pleasures so ample.
Each day if we would try a bit longer
To be more like Him our character would grow stronger.
Human Disappointment
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Faith in people is uncertain as disappointments can rear ugly acts.
Faith in God’s Power to use humans for good is a spiritual fact.
Those who walk with God as their core are really heaven blessed.
He will never leave them or forsake them with His TRUTH their forever quest.
New Beginnings
The day I gave my heart to Jesus remains fresh in my memory.
Running home and telling grandpa was a sheer joy for him to see.
“I believe this child has found Jesus!” grandpa to mom said.
He was right – to the altar the Holy Spirit had led.
New beginnings are discovered for all who trust our Lord –
All who receive Him through His blood – which for us was outpoured.
It’s so simple, God, your perfect plan, but so many do not understand.
Help them discover your gift – calling your name – reaching out for your right hand.
